We want to be a team that makes lives better and easier in moments that matter. A People Advisor acts as the first point of contact for employees and takes ownership of managing each HR-related query to conclusion, delivering a positive employee experience.

You'll solve HR-related queries of employees and leaders, ensuring their interaction with HR results in a great experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Own people's inquiries about HR policies and procedures, understanding needs, investigating options, seeking solutions, and partnering with other HR colleagues to resolve inquiries.
  2. Ensure adherence and compliance with global and local processes and regulations.
  3. Guide and train employees and managers in new HR systems and service delivery models.
  4. Support the delivery of the HR Cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc.
  5. Collect and work with feedback from employees and HR colleagues.
  6. Maintain and suggest improvements to knowledge content in the HR portal to increase self-service usage.
