Key Technical Support Professional

About the Role
The position involves providing technical support to Scandinavian customers and the sales organization with regard to hardware, software, and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the energy industry, particularly in relation to distribution system operators (DSOs) and their value chains.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer support on the entire portfolio sold in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and other Scandinavian countries.
- Offer high-level technical insights and general support topics.
- Serve as the customers' internal ambassador.
- Develop technical expertise in the DSOs' value chain, including software (IT), service solutions, and hardware electricity meters.
Key Tasks
- Be responsible for the order process from configuration to final delivery.
- Participate actively in pre-sales activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of order handling, including forecasts, prices, and units.
- Follow up on logistics and delivery.
- Monitor customer activities, such as assigned Service Now tickets and CRM updates.
- Attend online customer meetings and occasionally participate in on-site meetings.
Criteria for Success
- Ensure the order process is completed successfully from start to finish.
- Serve as the customers' internal ambassador.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior experience in the energy industry, specifically in DSO-related areas.
- Understanding of production and logistics processes.
- Significant experience in customer support.
- Able to work effectively in complex international environments.
Skills and Proficiencies
- Strong knowledge of electrotechnical theory, including grid understanding.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Danish as a native language.
- Technical English at a high level, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of Scandinavian languages (SE/NO).
