We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of App Store Optimization to join our marketing team at Driversnote. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving organic growth through effective app store optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ASO strategies to improve app visibility, rankings, and downloads on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and copywriting, to ensure cohesive and effective app listings.
  • Monitor and analyze app performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to inform optimization strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest app store algorithms and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute broader digital marketing strategies, including SEO and paid advertising.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, paid search, CRO, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic from both Apple App Store and Google Play.
  • Hands-on experience with app listing A/B testing and a deep understanding of app store algorithms.
  • Proficiency with tools like AppTweak/App, Google Play Console, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with copywriting and design for ASO.
  • Knowledge of localization and translation to multiple markets.
  • Experience with BigQuery & Looker Studio or similar data tools.
  • Background in SaaS and familiarity with key metrics like MRR, CAC, CLV, churn, etc.
