Store Operations Assistant

As an Assistant Store Manager at The LEGO Group, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store activities, including merchandise receiving and stocking, non-sales departmental work, and multi-store operations activities.
- Support the Store Manager in coordinating new store openings, payroll and incentive plans, event planning, and contest planning and promotion.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
