Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects with a focus on Clinical, Regulatory, Product Supply, or Safety processes and associated IT systems.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical business operations and GxP compliance to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various Project Management methodologies.
  • Work autonomously while fostering collaboration among Project/Program stakeholders to achieve desired results.
  • Exhibit empathy and strong leadership skills to motivate team members and drive project execution, even in challenging circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of formal project management certifications such as Prince2 or PMP is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential, with a preference for candidates with test management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Danish and English, encompassing verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
