As a seasoned Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the Pharma Law team at Novo Nordisk to achieve its mission of being the best legal partner to the corporation. This involves supporting the team in leading an ambitious and high-performing legal team across the value chain.

The Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will work closely with the Pharma Law management team and other relevant stakeholders to develop and execute team strategies and key deliverables. Your responsibilities will include overseeing team and individual development plans, coordinating and managing various projects, and conducting research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute team strategies and key deliverables, overseeing team and individual development plans.
  2. Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  4. Oversee and optimize meeting calendars, supporting the preparation and execution of presentations, meetings, and events.
  5. Develop and maintain organizational systems, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  6. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong business partnering.

Qualifications

  1. A relevant Master's degree, e.g., in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Law, or another relevant field.
  2. 5+ years of experience from international organizations working with project management, consulting, or similar.
  3. Project management skills, including the ability to drive multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a structured manner.
  4. Excellent communications skills and fluency in English.
  5. Comfortable with the MS Office package and have a flair for IT.
