Reporting to the Head of Deployment, the Deployment Lead is responsible for planning and deploying assets in conjunction with Ocean Network Product teams to meet customer needs. This role supports Network Product portfolios by reducing waste and ensuring agility in the assets to achieve optimal reliability, cost efficiency, and capacity utilization.

Vessel Deployment Leads are at the forefront of planning and deploying our assets to meet customer demands while aligning with our Ocean and Integrator 2030 strategies. Their role is crucial in ensuring that we deploy the right vessels for the right services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Deployment: Collaborate with Ocean Network Product teams to develop and execute vessel deployment plans that align with business cycles and customer needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Set and adjust deployment plans to meet seasonal demands, repair schedules, and strategic directives from Chartering.
  • Performance Management: Work closely with Network Portfolios and Operations Execution to balance cost and capacity while ensuring high utilization and reliability.
  • Product Management: Ensure that deployed products remain flexible and scalable to adapt to market and operational changes.
  • Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with Deployment counterparts to optimize trade and service collaborations.
