Position Overview

We are seeking a People Partner Associate to be based in Paita, Piura. This role is essential in supporting our leaders and team members as we transition to a unified People Partnering Organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to regional teams in establishing the new Frontliners People Organization.
  • Facilitate the implementation of business partnerships within the EEO and FLPO frameworks.
  • Manage specific project strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to execute the People Strategy.
  • Coordinate regional activities for deploying the new organizational structure, ensuring timely and aligned execution.
  • Oversee regional coordination of personnel movements within the HR organization, serving as the primary contact for in-country HR across the Americas.
  • Provide operational support to the People Partnering Organization, driving the annual HR cycle and offering tactical guidance to leaders on HR matters.
  • Advise and assess leaders and employees on various HR issues.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about working in Piura, Peru, and who possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, HRBP, or HR management.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing regional or global HR processes.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
  • Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Peruvian labor laws.
  • Structured approach to work with a focus on achieving results.
  • Project management skills with relevant experience.
  • Experience in large multinational organizations.
  • Background in change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and energetic with a collaborative mindset.
