Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries across multiple EMEA locations (approximately 10-15 countries).
• Engage in delivering a comprehensive range of human resources services with a customer-centric approach.
• Oversee HR support and administration: manage all administrative functions from recruitment through to the exit process, including employment agreements, benefits, and payroll operations.
• Input and verify data within the HR Information System.
• Document human resources activities by completing necessary forms, reports, and records.
• Monitor immigration procedures.
• Manage benefits enrollment processes.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to the EMEA HR team.
• Contribute to EMEA and Global HR initiatives.
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English, Danish, and Swedish (French is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5-7 years of experience in providing HR support within an international organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong team player with agility.
• Solid experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
