Role Objective

As a Human Resources Partner, your primary responsibility will be to address HR-related inquiries from our employees and leaders, ensuring that their interactions with HR yield a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, comprehend their needs, explore options, seek solutions, and collaborate with other HR professionals to resolve these inquiries. Work closely with our warehouse site managers to provide support regarding benefits, policies, and procedures, advising and assisting employees with various workplace-related issues, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment, and effectively addressing misconduct. Engage actively with Workday (our HR management system) and Service Now. Educate and guide employees and managers on the new HR systems and service delivery model. Assist in the execution of the HR Cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding, annual performance evaluations, job transitions, exits, etc. Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of various HR-related documents. Responsibilities may include reviewing Employee Records, HR Policies & Procedures, Compliance Auditing, and Benefits & Compensation. Proactively mitigate potential legal and compliance risks through thorough documentation review and maintenance.

Regarding skills and experience, we are looking for:

Comprehensive knowledge of UK labor laws along with a solid foundation in HR principles, practices, and legal compliance requirements. Proven experience in resolving employee relations issues. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS is a plus.
