About You:

  • Background: A theoretical background as a diploma/civil engineer or commercial education with a focus on project management.
  • Experience: Several years of documented experience in project management, with independent responsibility for solution projects.
  • Method Knowledge: Knowledge of best-practice methods such as PRINCE2 and SCRUM and the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a changing environment with different corporate cultures and industries.
  • Leadership and Motivation Skills: Ability to lead and motivate people, with a passion for project management and desire to develop as a project manager.
