Job Title: Director of Global Financial Risk Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Global Financial Risk Management to join our Corporate Treasury team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Global Financial Risk department and developing strategies to mitigate financial risks across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global cash management strategies to optimize our financial performance
  • Manage and mitigate financial risks associated with our global operations, including credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk
  • Collaborate with our global organization, senior management, and external banks to ensure effective risk management and cash management practices
  • Lead a team of highly skilled professionals to develop and implement financial risk management strategies
  • Drive the strategic direction of our Global Financial Risk department and develop our global cash management set-up
Requirements:
  • MSc in Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in financial risk management at a group and/or affiliate level
  • Strong leadership skills and a keen interest in people development
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
