As our new Markets, Metrics, and Reporting Product Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of wealth management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced fintech scaleup with intelligent people who are passionate about their work. We are changing the way investment advisors and financial institutions do business around the world.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, including performance measurement, reporting standards, and market data across various asset classes.

You will be responsible for creating compelling investment metrics, crafting data-driven narratives, implementing new data lakes, and helping wealth managers soar to new heights.

Responsibilities
  • Create Compelling Investment Metrics: Collaborating with clients and developers on the metrics team to create the metrics they need to provide insights into managing their business.
  • Craft Data-Driven Narratives: During client onboardings and upon request, collaborating with clients to create stunning custom reports for their specific use case.
  • Implement New Data Lakes: Leading the implementation of new market data providers by analyzing client needs and ensuring that we have the necessary data points for our calculations and client needs.
  • Help Wealth Managers Soar to New Heights: Joining product demos with potential clients as an expert on the product, explaining complex functionality, and answering technical and specific questions from prospects during a demo.
About You

We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in finance, technology, and client engagement, coupled with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and approach challenges with a solution-driven attitude.

We anticipate that you have or are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including performance measurement, reporting standards (e.g., GIPS compliance), and market data across various asset classes.
  • Experience working with ESG data is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python for data modeling, calculations, and testing frameworks.
  • Experience in a financial or wealth management setting is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with clients to understand needs, deliver solutions, and provide technical support.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in approach, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
