In the Commercial Data & AI Strategy team, we are on an exciting journey to build the capabilities required to drive the commercial business in the rapidly evolving world of digital and AI. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to drive change and excel in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in data and AI solutions development, with a strong background in project execution, data and AI - preferable in a commercial context
  • Proven ability to harvest value of data and AI in business use-cases, and managing complex projects from ideation phase to production
  • Experience from consulting and/or pharma is a benefit, but not a requirement
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning and data modeling techniques (advanced coding skills is not expected in this role)
  • Strong functional leadership skills with experience in staffing and leading technical teams
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and effectively collaborating across different functions
