About The Role

This role is focused on leading our team of account managers, driving revenue growth, and optimizing partner performance. You'll work closely with our marketing, operations, product, and other teams to drive initiatives and enhance both partner and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of five account managers.
  • Drive revenue growth by shaping and executing a strategy that balances short-term commercial wins with long-term value creation for both Wolt and our partners.
  • Fully own our existing retail partner portfolio, driving performance, uncovering new opportunities, and strengthening relationships.
