We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer to join our team in Ballerup, Denmark. As a key member of our Identity and Biometric Solutions team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge identity and security solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and monitoring data processing activities, including administration, analysis, and reporting of file failures
  • Communicating effectively with the production team and stakeholders on product or data processing issues
  • Providing first-line incident support for the PSC Production Team on Personalization, Workstream, and Infrastructure issues
  • Creating customer card carrier and PIN templates using development applications like PRES Designer
  • Industrializing new products and technologies to ensure optimal productivity
  • Coordinating projects for the implementation and qualification of new products or processes, and contributing to infrastructure improvement projects
  • Documenting working activities and managing IT technical systems and databases
  • Building technical and quality documents aligned with company standards and practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Practical knowledge of operations and manufacturing processes
  • Experience as a NPI Engineer or in production support
  • Project management experience in a production environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good knowledge of English and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
