About the Role:

The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Customer Success Partner (CSP) team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our ranks as a Customer Success Partner Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with customers to drive sustainable consumption of SAP BTP services and coordinating activities with the Account Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively partner with customers to increase consumption of SAP BTP services
  • Analyze customer needs and execute consumption plans
  • Provide recommendations and prepare customers to make the best use of the solution
  • Be the primary SAP BTP strategic point of contact and orchestrate success resources across SAP and customers

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience working in the IT Industry
  • Deep understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio
  • Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms and providers
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodology is a plus
