About the Role


Blue Power Partners A/S is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Trainee to join its Construction department. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to developing, supporting, and maintaining construction management processes and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the construction team, collecting best practices, creating templates, and streamlining operations.


The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in project management and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is also required. You will be working closely with the team to optimize construction processes and develop innovative solutions.


About the Job


As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will work closely with the construction team to provide ad-hoc support, develop templates, and maintain current and future tools. Your scope of work will include:



  • Supporting construction processes optimization project by collecting best practices and developing templates.
  • Maintaining and developing current and future tools, documents, templates, and knowledge hubs.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to project sites and colleagues on specific project-related deliverables.

You will be working with Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI. We encourage applicants to be available to work 8-14 hours on average per week, with the possibility of adding more hours. You will have the opportunity to influence your daily routine and schedule.
