Senior Retail Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a Senior Retail Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales revenue according to growth targets and leveraging the PanzerGlass 'Sales Operating Model'.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustaining successful sales growth in the Netherlands and thrive in building strong relationships with customers.
About the Job:
- Identify new opportunities with current customers and present new products for ranging/listing.
- Understand and map out key stakeholders and facilitate the implementation of PanzerGlass value-added services within named accounts.
- Provide input on sales reporting and forecasting as required, ensuring continuous updates to CRM and other systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales and marketing plans for managed retail customers.
- Hold budget responsibility.
- Conduct store visits, train store staff, and follow up on the implementation of Planograms and POS material.
- Attend tradeshows and conferences.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong understanding of Retail- and Etail-customer management or distribution, preferably within the Consumer Electronics or Mobile Phone sectors.
Key qualifications include sales and negotiation skills, combined with hands-on experience in retail environments and collaboration with channel partners.
Proficiency in Office 365 environment and CRM tools is expected, especially Excel skills are crucial.
On a personal level, you should thrive in diverse and inclusive teams, exhibit resilience in fast-paced environments, and embrace change.
A valid driving license is necessary due to regular travel requirements.

About the Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
