About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Paid Social Specialist to join our Performance Marketing & Insights team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough research, setting up and managing campaigns, and analyzing data to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user behavior analysis, audience analysis, and market competitor insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Set up and manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to reach targeted audiences.
  • Analyze data and report on findings to help our strategists and clients understand what drives results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and more, to deliver successful campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in running social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Ability to work independently, once briefed, and take ownership of assignments.
  • Experience working with platforms like YouTube, Pinterest, and others is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Fluency in English, preferably also one of the Nordic languages.
  • A problem-solving mindset and flair for numbers.
