We are seeking a talented Senior Regulatory Business Analyst to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse data from various core systems, driving analysis, performance, and insights to enable optimal decision making across business units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and analysing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. They will also analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvements, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support business decision-making.
- Assessing potential solutions, evaluating their feasibility, and validating their alignment with user requirements and objectives.
- Documenting user requirements, process flows, use cases, and other relevant information.
- Leading initiatives across Regulatory Affairs that influence the strategic direction, accountable for coordinating with Data and Business Analysts across Regulatory Affairs and driving the common vision.
This is a close-to-line-of-business position, with daily deliverables and collaboration with process groups, business transformation teams, and agile IT projects.
You will have the opportunity to work on standardising ways of working, focusing on end-users, and ensuring process excellence and digital innovation to reach more patients faster.
