Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, leadership, and communication. They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Qualifications:
  • MSc in Natural Science or equivalent background.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in an international pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong people skills, including 2+ years of experience as a people manager.
  • Solid business understanding and knowledge of the Novo Nordisk organization and product portfolio.
  • Strong GxP background, providing a good understanding and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
