About the Role

Trackunit is seeking a seasoned Multilingual Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in connecting our brand and solutions to the global construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Content Management: Coordinate with product teams and customer-facing departments to ensure that product content is tailored for international markets and local content is accurate.
  • Localization Best Practices: Guide teams on implementing localization best practices to minimize downstream issues and reduce costs associated with localized versions.
  • Project Management: Oversee translation projects from request to delivery, collecting needs/requests, assigning workload, monitoring translations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Reporting and Communication: Maintain project reports and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency of workload and planning.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage and coordinate projects with internal proofreaders to maintain high-quality localization deliverables.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Localization Manager or Coordinator.
  • Familiarity with localization management platforms.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and one additional language.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organize multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
