We are seeking an experienced High-Level Product Development Strategist to lead one of our key products. This role involves taking full ownership of the product's value and viability, defining roadmaps, and driving product improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product's success and align it with our company strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and communicating a clear product vision, goals, and strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with long-term goals
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback
  • Translating business needs and customer insights into detailed product capabilities and user stories
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to focus on high-impact tasks
  • Conducting market analysis and gathering customer feedback to inform product decisions and feature enhancements
  • Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide decision-making
  • Leading product releases and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful launches and adoption

Key qualifications include:

  • Several years of experience in software product management, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative nature, combined with a curious, analytical approach
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, release planning, and market research
