As a Electrical Systems Engineer at Rockwool A/S, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems within our intralogistics and automation industry.

Estimated Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 per year

The position is based in our office in Poznan, Poland, but you can expect to travel 60-80 days per year, primarily in Europe, North America, and Asia.

About the Role:

You will become part of Group Technology Cold End, a diverse team of 15 individuals from 6-7 different nationalities across 3 locations. We have expertise in mechanical, electrical, automation, and process engineering as well as project management.

  • Design and implement electrical systems from conceptual studies to design, testing, commissioning, and providing engineering support.
  • Take ownership of the electrical scope for our electrical design down to component level.
  • Communicate with suppliers and follow up to secure compliance with specific design needs and our company electrical design guidelines & standards.

You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in the electrical design and implementation of systems within the intralogistics or automation industry.
  • Knowledgeable about the supplier landscape within intralogistics solutions for the industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
