The Role

As a Senior Finance Integration Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will lead and facilitate full finance integration, design project plans, manage stakeholders, and implement financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement financial systems
  • Manage cross-functional teams
  • Drive change management and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain project plans

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have

In addition to the above qualifications, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • A master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Strong background in finance processes and operational experience
  • Previous experience in leading finance integration projects
