This exciting opportunity within the Engineering & Technology team at Arla Foods amba is looking for a Senior CAPEX Project Manager to lead our CAPEX project portfolio across all Danish production sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and animate a team of experienced engineering projects managers
  • Support Supply Chain Vice Presidents and Business Partners in assessing business cases
  • Set and drive alignment on KPIs across productivity, safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Work with Capex Procurement to develop, align, and execute project sourcing strategies
  • Assemble and manage project teams using internal and external resources & capabilities, managing communication to them and key stakeholders in the supply chain leadership team
  • Plan and manage project budgets and cash flows
  • Support local operations with project commissioning and manage the documentation to ensure the project is fully documented
  • Be the "go to" person within CAPEX for the production sites in Denmark and wider organization

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering (or related) field with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, or +15 years of experience in engineering roles where you have delivered complex technical projects
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work with others, such as Procurement, Finance, local site teams, Arla leaders, and suppliers
  • Fluency in English is essential
