As Marketing Academy Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of the Academy.

Core Responsibilities
  • Establish the strategic direction for the Global Marketing Academy and oversee its continuous evolution.
  • Develop and refine the learning and skill development program across various marketing areas.
  • Integrate fundamental marketing principles and data-driven frameworks into the curriculum to enhance strategic marketing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to roll out and manage the day-to-day operations of the Academy.

About the Successful Candidate

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong marketing foundation, paired with a passion for learning, development, and building organizational capabilities. Experience in building or leading learning programs, academies, or capability initiatives is highly valued.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or learning and capability development is required. Additionally, strong project management skills and excellent communication and storytelling abilities are essential.
