The Data & AI Engagement Lead role demands a deep business acumen, understanding of data and AI, as well as the ability to manage the full development lifecycle of data and AI-driven projects. You will act as the primary partner to the business lead, pressure-testing and refining business problems into actionable data and AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals

  • Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of data and AI projects, maintaining deep involvement in technology choices, architecture decisions, and roadmap planning
  • Operate across one or multiple projects within commercial sectors, adapting approach and team composition based on the project type and seniority level
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data, AI and technology to continually enhance project outcomes
  • Ensure partnership and effective collaboration across multiple DD&IT functions and commercial units in Novo Nordisk
