About the Opportunity: We're seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team and drive customer success on the cloud. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to drive their success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
- Partner with customers to design and implement scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and provide expert guidance to customers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, Service Delivery Manager, etc.
- Expertise in multiple technical domains
- Strong communication skills across multiple mediums
