About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As an Equipment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our production equipment meets industry standards and is always ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that production equipment is properly maintained and validated to meet industry standards.
  • Work closely with a team of technical supporters to handle equipment responsibility, manage incidents, and drive optimisation and maintenance of the validated state of our production equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, natural science, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role in a regulated industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with validation, GMP, and LEAN methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in written and oral Danish and English.
