About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Global Medical Affairs Strategy for solid tumors. As a key member of our Medical Affairs team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to advance our pipeline of innovative cancer treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual medical planning for our solid tumor assets, working closely with global and regional medical affairs functions to inform and implement overall medical strategy.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies with thought leaders, patient advocacy groups, professional societies, and institutions to advance our medical affairs goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Early Access Programs and investigator-initiated trials, ensuring compliance, quality, timeliness, and alignment with our Medical Affairs Strategy Lead.
  • Contribute to the life cycle management of our assets, driving collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide medical review and expertise.
  • Collaborate with medical and clinical operations departments to coordinate clinical trial activities and ensure effective publication planning.
  • Develop and review regulatory documents for submissions, serving as a medical reviewer and expert on promotional and medical review committees.
  • Inform the development of strategies to demonstrate the value of our disease/products to payers and clinical decision-makers.
Requirements
  • Scientific or Medical Degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) required.
  • Expertise in clinical landscape of solid tumors required; knowledge of gynecological cancers and/or head & neck cancer is preferred.
  • 7+ years of medical affairs or clinical development background in oncology.
  • Biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience, with a strong understanding of solid tumor drug development and medical affairs functions.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate across partnerships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally to conferences and meetings.
