We are seeking an experienced International Medical Director - Haematologist to lead our clinical development efforts in the area of rare haematological diseases. Key Responsibilities- Lead clinical development programs from ideation to comprehensive analysis, ensuring alignment with global clinical development strategies.
- Conduct business development assessments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Design and develop clinical trial protocols that meet regulatory and scientific standards, focusing on medically sound regulatory interactions, robust data analysis, and effective communication.
- Identify and navigate potential challenges, risks, and roadblocks, developing solutions that align with global clinical development strategies.
- Foster collaboration across networks to develop innovative clinical strategies for new treatments and expand our scientific network.
- MD with 10+ years of experience in clinical development.
- Skills in translational medicine, early drug development, and Phase 1-4 clinical development programs.
- Adept in clinical trial design, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Well-versed in regulatory and guideline compliance.
- 5+ years clinical experience as a haematologist, preferably with extensive immunology experience and rare renal disease understanding.
- Embodiment of the department's commitment to individual growth, team spirit, knowledge sharing, and fostering a diverse culture.
- Upholding the principles of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement, building trust and transparency with partners.
