The Role
You will lead the development and execution of a global reliability program to enhance asset resilience and availability worldwide. Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting strategies to optimize equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing asset management practices and process consistency
- Developing and implementing maintenance and reliability policies, plans, and strategies
- Maintaining the CMMS system and training staff on its use
- Formulating and tracking KPIs for maintenance activities
- Initiating cross-functional initiatives to drive process improvements
- Serving as a subject matter expert in predictive technologies and reliability data analysis
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in equipment reliability and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate should possess substantial program/project management experience, proficiency in TPM/LEAN, and familiarity with a CMMS system.
