We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a project manager and drive forward-thinking improvement projects. As a project manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our training system standard, inspired by Training within Industry (TWI), to enhance our ability to deliver products to patients.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with business leaders to identify cases, mobilizing stakeholders, and applying your analytical and lean skills to design improved training standards. You will work closely with shop floor employees to understand processes and ensure that changes are implemented and sustained.

Main Tasks

  • Analyze, standardize, redesign, implement world-class operational excellence solutions to highly complex problems within training, human performance, and modern technologies across PSQIT.
  • Collaborate with lean specialists, external consultants, and managers across PSQIT ensuring that the global training and improvement process is stable and effective.
  • Act as standard owner of the training excellence system and subject matter expert for standards and training across PSQIT.
  • Develop and improve the toolbox that combines the Optimisation & Execution units expertise and best practice.
  • Upskill, coach, and provide feedback to leaders, project managers, and training professionals in the global training organization.
