We are seeking a Senior Staff Embedded ML Engineer to redefine the future of LEGO Play Software Technology. As a key member of the Play AI team, you will implement efficient algorithms for real-time processing of sensor data, develop and implement Machine Learning algorithms for embedded systems, and design and implement optimised software for low-power embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement efficient algorithms for real-time processing of sensor data.
  • Develop and implement Machine Learning algorithms for embedded systems, including microcontrollers and System-on-Chips.
  • Design and implement optimised software for low-power embedded systems.
  • Engineer products that follow highest coding standards, documentation, and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with the latest new Machine Learning and embedded systems technologies and tools.

Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
  • Extensive experience on embedded products with a focus on Machine Learning applications.
  • Hands-on experience building Machine Learning models in production environments.
  • Experience with microcontroller architectures and programming.
  • Solid experience with software design, implementation, debugging, and profiling.
  • Experience with common software development tools.
  • Preferably M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or experience in a relevant field.
