The Role

We are seeking a talented IT professional to join our team as an IT Manager. As an IT Manager, you will lead the IT System Management and Operations team and support our production facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing a team of IT professionals to ensure operational excellence in quality, delivery, cost, environment, health & safety.
  • Driving innovation through the introduction of new technology, sharing best practices, and practicing change management.
  • Developing and implementing site-specific strategies and anchoring them within your team and the production facilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Setting and sharing goals for your team and individuals, providing performance feedback and development plans, and ensuring clear and timely communication, coordination, and collaboration between employees and stakeholders.
  • Managing the local IT systems and infrastructure to ensure efficient operations of the production facilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with current and future GxP standards and external requirements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • An academic background in engineering, pharma, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, with fluency in both Danish and English expected.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing IT systems (MES – Manufacturing Execution System, DCS – Distributed Control Systems and PLC systems) and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Familiarity with GxP standards, regulatory requirements, and experience in budget management.
