Process Improvement Expert

We are seeking a talented Process Improvement Expert to join our Integrated Quality Leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to work with transforming our Quality Management System (QMS), developing scalable standard solutions together with line of business, and ensuring continuous improvement in process management.
The PositionAs a Process Improvement Expert, your primary responsibility will be to lead and support the implementation of Process Excellence in different parts of the organization, facilitating the transformation of how we manage processes. You will be part of a small team supporting benefit realization by developing leadership systems in process excellence that ensure continuous improvement of processes in scope.
The position is anchored in the Integrated Quality Leadership team, mainly responsible for the Process Excellence system, capability building, and Operational Excellence system. You will work closely with process roles and stakeholders, such as Process Owners, Process QAs, Process Managers, project teams, and management groups across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will utilize your process excellence, operational excellence/LEAN competencies, and positive attitude to co-create value-adding solutions with Line of Business (LoB) and lead the implementation team to achieve the best impact on the business.
- You will participate in developing the learning journey and content for training on new solutions being implemented across the organization.
- You will deploy training on Process and Operational Excellence in Novo Nordisk, together with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- You will contribute to the continuous development of Lean systems and process excellence.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders from around the globe, working primarily out of Bagsværd, Denmark, connecting to the global organization mainly virtually, and occasionally with travel activities.
- You will apply your enterprise and innovative mindset when defining solutions within Integrated Quality.
We are looking for a candidate with solid knowledge and experience working within regulated industries. Leading implementation within Integrated Quality requires a person with strong applied Process Excellence and/or LEAN experience, strong leadership and change management skills. We are seeking a person who is known for creating sustainable improvement solutions and motivating high-performing teams, while liaising with senior stakeholders.
Your Profile- You should have +5 years of experience applying Process Excellence and LEAN solutions at shop floor and/or system level.
- You should have solid knowledge and experience working within regulated industries, and likely have an educational background within engineering, pharmacy, business, or similar.
- You should have a proven track record of successfully driving cross-functional changes or implementation, from early ideas to realized benefits.
- You should possess extensive experience in stakeholder management and positive collaboration with stakeholders at various organizational levels and across large organizations.
- Knowledge and experience in project management tools and/or project execution methodologies are considered a plus.
- You should have experience in training professionals and specialists.
- You should have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
