Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and analyze change initiatives regarding issue analyses and process updates.
  • Drive projects independently and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate processes and align information with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience from consultancy or a similar in-house function.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex tasks.
  • Analytical mind-set and proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Excel.
