About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of our organization. You will work closely with our Finance Department to ensure a thorough reconciliation process and manage various payroll accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of payroll administration in Systematic, Denmark.
  • Work with our Finance Department to manage payroll accounts and ensure a thorough reconciliation process.
  • Manage our salary email account, responding to employee inquiries and providing timely support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to coordinate and cooperate on payroll-related matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree in finance or payroll and significant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft D365, Lessor cloud-based integrated module in 365, SuccessFactors, and individual payroll provider systems.
  • The ability to create structured reports using our in-house tools.
