As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Neurons Inc, you will be instrumental in identifying high-potential opportunities and connecting businesses with our AI-driven solutions.
We are looking for a strategic sales professional who thrives on driving new business, building genuine connections, and creating impactful sales conversations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads by researching target industries, understanding customer needs, and crafting tailored outreach.
- Driving interest through consultative outreach, positioning our AI tools as solutions to clients' challenges.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, share market insights, and ensure high-quality lead handoffs.
- Maintaining CRM accuracy, tracking and managing lead data meticulously within our CRM.
- Staying informed on industry trends, keeping up-to-date with AI advancements, competitive solutions, and market shifts.
Requirements:
We are seeking a sales professional with proven experience in an SDR role or similar, consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. You should possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage prospects confidently, present solutions clearly, and build rapport that sets the tone for positive, productive client relationships. Additionally, we require ambition and drive, a self-starter attitude with a relentless focus on achieving goals, growing your skills, and contributing to team success.
