About the Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive the transformation of our B2B sales organization across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. As a key player, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to engage with upper mid-market to enterprise clients.
You will work closely with marketing to ensure a full sales pipeline and act as a mentor and inspiration within the sales team, sharing your knowledge and helping to shape our new sales culture.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B Enterprise solution sales, with experience in Challenger Sales methodology and mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results-oriented goals.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
