Job Title: Montessori Educator

Tinytots International Daycare & Preschool is seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic Montessori Educator to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators to work with children aged 3-6 years old. We require a trained and certified Montessori professional who can plan and implement activities and lessons within our overall curriculum framework.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and modelling to support teachers and assistants in implementing Montessori pedagogy.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic learning environment at all times.
  • Monitor and record children's growth, development, and behaviour.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES, ADMINISTRATION, AND STAFF THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
Requirements:
  • C1 level English fluency (Minimum IELTS band 7.5 and above) required.
  • Training and certification in Montessori pedagogy, plus at least 3 years of experience in implementing Montessori methods.
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in kindergarten.
  • PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Education or Early Childhood Education.
  • Demonstrable experience in Positive Behaviour Management essential.
