Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LEAN Partner to join our GCM Strategy and Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process improvement, LEAN methodologies, and change management. They will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process optimization within office-based production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing LEAN principles and driving process improvements across the organization
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement standardized work processes and performance metrics to sustain improvements
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, coaching on LEAN principles and practices at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Driving the transition of the LEAN Supply System to a local leader-driven model, supporting yearly assessments and gap identification, anchoring key annual objectives within the Area Business Plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Certification in LEAN, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodologies
  • Proven experience in implementing LEAN principles and driving process improvements
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven and results-oriented approach
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
