About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Account Specialist to join our team in Central Europe. As a Technical Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of AWS Enterprise Support ISV customers.

You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide strategic technical guidance to help them achieve their goals. This includes identifying opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS, resolving operational challenges, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Platform Engineer
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and operational parameters
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
