About You

\

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's or master's degree in General Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of relevant work experience. You should have team management experience, including managing leaders, experience with stakeholder management on a managerial level, and English language skills at negotiation level.

\

You will be expected to be an experienced leader who is structured, pragmatic, and solution-focused when addressing difficult situations. You should also have advanced stakeholder management skills, be able to oversee, organize, and design an organization that includes other leaders, balance quality and deadlines, prioritize workloads, and handle different scenarios.
