  • Leading projects to define and enhance compliance processes and frameworks to ensure the program meets Pandora's needs.
  • Providing training for employees on compliance matters, including governance, risk management, third-party management, and more.
  • Staying up-to-date on relevant regulations and best practices in anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and competition law.
  • Being an active business partner for stakeholders across functions such as Internal Audit, Global Procurement, Network & Franchise, and more.

About the Role

  • Minimum five years of experience working with compliance or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and familiarity with competition law.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking to align compliance initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Project management skills and ability to scope and drive projects independently.
