Job Description:
  • This role will involve driving the procurement agenda in a matrix environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • You will be responsible for sourcing projects for multiple product lines within the HydronicS Division – Building Solutions.

Your key tasks will include taking the lead on cost optimizations, implementing pipeline strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute procurement plans to meet business objectives.
  • Lead procurement workstreams in NPD and NVC projects.
  • Demonstrate hands-on project management skills within Cost Down, NPD, and NVC's.
  • Nurture strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (RD&E, Product Portfolio, Operations, Procurement).
