About the Role

In this exciting position at Louis Vuitton, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Retail Hospitality Support team member, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients, ensuring their journey through the store is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Welcome and Experience - Greet clients with a smile and provide a personalized welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
  2. Team Support - Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth client communication and a seamless shopping experience.
  3. Calendar Management - Manage the daily client appointment calendar, promoting our appointment service as needed to enhance client convenience.
  4. Client Services - Offer refreshments to clients, providing a touch of luxury and attention to detail.
  5. Local Insights - Provide clients with recommendations and guidance on local happenings, restaurants, cultural events, and points of interest, showcasing your knowledge of the area.
  6. Visual Standards - Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-presented throughout the day.
  7. Support Services - Assist the sales team with wrapping and packaging, and support the back-of-house team with product deliveries and replenishment arrangements.

Requirements

  1. Brand Passion - Demonstrate a genuine passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  2. Client-Facing Experience - Proven success in a client-facing environment, with experience in Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, and/or Hospitality Management.
  3. Interpersonal Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  4. Proactivity - A proactive mindset, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Attention to Detail - Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  6. Teamwork - A team player, with a strong commitment to collaboration and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  7. Language Skills - Strong command of English and Danish, with excellent communication skills.
