About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Media Manager, you will be responsible for executing the brand's communication strategy across all media touchpoints, leading the campaign and content strategy, and owning the connection to consumers in the media landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the overarching brand media strategy based on the brand's global strategy in the Nordic Region, in collaboration with the Product Brand Manager/Brand Business Manager.
  • Develop media segmentation and targeting based on consumer profiles.
  • Be responsible for media planning and execution, including leading agency briefs, content plan delivery, follow-up, performance reporting, KPIs, and benchmark tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Advocacy & Influence Manager to develop the influencer boosting strategy, as part of the overarching digital media strategy.
  • Lead content adaptation and optimization for paid media campaigns, in collaboration with the Product Brand Manager and support with social media retail content, in collaboration with the Online Brand Manager and KAMs.
  • Be responsible for optimizing campaign, audience, buying, and content performance, based on campaign analysis and media guidelines developed with agencies and the CDMO team.
  • Drive the Transactional Media strategy and execution, aligned with E-KAMs.
  • Own and run content production budget.
  • Follow the media discussion and report on competition and trend alerts.
  • Be the voice of the Nordic markets to Zone on paid media activations.

Requirements

  • You have + years of experience from a similar role, preferably from the FMCG industry or Luxury, mainly focused on digital media.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of offline and online media campaign best practices and execution, both awareness and transactional parts.
  • Being an expert in the media landscape in the Nordics is a plus.
  • Having content development experience is a plus.
  • Having e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • You have good communication and presentation skills.
  • You are detail-oriented, work in a structured manner, and are well-organized in your daily work.
  • You are fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (written and verbally).
